ICYMI: NFL offseason is the busiest time of year for me so I’ve spent the last few months (exhaustingly I must admit) cooking for players. Super grateful of course, but the players are going back to training so guess who gets to make meal plans again (it’s me lol)
🚨 This week’s meal plan features hefty portions that cost me approx $128.42 for the whole week of meals!
Each recipe makes 4 solid servings, leaving 2 people enough for lunch leftovers or feeding a full fam
But as always, feel free to adjust recipes by doubling or halving them as needed
This week is full of easy dinners and hidden veggies that even the pickiest eater will love, like seriously, I put it to the test and this weeks meal plan aced with flying colors 🙌

Lemon Ricotta & Marinara Stuffed Shells
This is my go to when I want something baked and cozy but don’t want to babysit a sauce on the stove. You just brown the beef, wilt some spinach in with sauce, and stir in ricotta and lemon zest. The filling tastes like lasagna and stuffed manicotti had a springy little baby. Also reheats like a dream.
