Crispy Roasted Shredded Brussels | Cook Like A Private Chef
This is one of my tried and true recipes. It's so easy and delicious!
NOTE: Along with my weekly day in the life private chef videos, I will be posting at least 1 Private Chef “sub-recipe” for my free subscribers every week. And don’t worry! I’ll still be posting free non-private chef related recipes too.
This week’s FREE recipes are the Savory Sweet Potato Mash & these Crispy Roasted Shredded Brussel Sprouts
Okay now let’s get into the recipe:
Crispy Roasted Shredded Brussel Sprouts Full Recipe:
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1lb Brussels sprouts, shaved (If you can’t find the pre-shredded brussels, HERE is a tutorial on how to shred them yourself in a few different ways)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp garlic powder, minced garlic, OR dehydrated garlic
Drizzle of honey, plus 1 tbsp for finishing
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Pat the shaved Brussels sprouts dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, a drizzle of honey, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
6. Once roasted, drizzle the Brussels sprouts with an additional tablespoon of honey and sprinkle with red chili flakes to add a touch of sweetness and heat.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
