Delicious, Cheap, & Easy Drop Biscuits | Grocery Saving Tips
One of my favorite recipes, only 3 ingredients, so quick, and limitless customization. I make this to eat instead of buying bagels and bread for my make ahead sandwiches every week.

Okay now let’s get into the recipe:
Drop Biscuits Recipe:
Servings: 9 jumbo biscuits or 12 normal size
Base Ingredients:
- 3 cups Self Rising Flour (OR 3 cups All Purpose flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + 1 1/2 tsp salt)
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp mayo
Additional Customization Ideas :
Savory - Add In:
1/3 cups cheese1 tbsp italian or mixed herb seasoning
Sweet - Add IN:
1/3 cup frozen blueberries tossed in:
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tbsp flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (about 204 degrees C)
In a large mixing bowl, combine all mayo, flour, milk, and any customizations until just well combined, don’t mix too much!
Scoop and drop 1/3 cup dollops onto a parchment lined sheet tray
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown (if making smaller biscuits, bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown)
